Our Extranet or e-portal is a Web-based tool Alliance Shippers Inc. provides all its customers. This tool allows shippers to not only “view” their freight shipments but make decisions regarding their supply chain.

Specifically, customers using Extranet are able to view the pickup and delivery appointment dates and times, the actual pickup and delivery dates and times, and the current location of their shipment on the railroad network. Customers can also query the database and then download the data directly to their desktop PC for forwarding or analysis.
